This is a workout with one other person and the instructor personalizing your session. Workout with your partner or friend. Having a friend or partner to work out with helps to keep your workouts consistent and fun! I can accommodate 2 people with 2 reformers. What a great way to connect!

This is as good as it sounds! Myofascial release therapy can help loosen muscles and joints, help prevent injury and is a wonderful way to stretch and release tightness in your body. In just one session you will feel relaxed, refreshed and revived. This can be one on one or a semi private class with a friend.
